This Privacy Policy describes how All Terrain IT (“ATIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with the use of our website, applications, assessment tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

(a) Information Provided by Users
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including but not limited to your name, email address, company name, telephone number, job title, and any other information you choose to submit through forms, account registration flows, assessment inputs, or other communications with us.

(b) Assessment and Generated Data
We may collect information that you submit or generate through use of our assessment tools and related workflows, including but not limited to responses to questionnaires, assessment inputs, scores, ratings, identified gaps, recommended actions, and generated documentation or reports derived from such inputs.

(c) Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically collect certain information about the use of the Services, including but not limited to internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, access times, and other usage and diagnostic data.

(d) Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Services, to facilitate log-in, remember preferences, analyze usage patterns, and measure the effectiveness of our Services. You may be able to configure your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; however, some features of the Services may not function properly without cookies.

  • personalizing and tailoring aspects of the Services where permitted by applicable law;

Where required by applicable law, we process personal information on the following legal bases:

5. Payment Processing

Payments in connection with the Services are processed by third-party payment service providers, including but not limited to Stripe. ATIT does not collect or store full payment card numbers or other highly sensitive payment information used to complete transactions. Such third-party providers operate independently of ATIT and process personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms, which we encourage you to review.

6. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information as follows:

  • to vendors, service providers, and contractors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, data storage, analytics, customer support, and payment processing, and who are bound by appropriate contractual obligations to protect the information and use it only for the purposes for which it is disclosed;
  • to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests, or to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal proceedings;
  • to protect the rights, property, and safety of ATIT, our users, or the public, including to enforce our agreements and policies or to investigate potential violations; and
  • in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or similar corporate transaction, in which information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

We do not sell personal information.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, websites, applications, or services operated by third parties. ATIT does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them carefully.

12. International Transfers

Personal information may be stored and processed in countries other than the country in which it was originally collected, including the United States and other jurisdictions where ATIT or its service providers have operations. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect personal information transferred across borders, which may include the use of standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to, and ATIT does not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 (or any higher age as required by applicable law in a given jurisdiction). If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of this Privacy Policy or applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
